About BVO
Beaver Valley Outreach, began in 1983 as a small group of community-minded women working out of a residential basement to distribute warm clothing and hampers to people in need. Over the years, BVO has grown by leaps and bounds. Today, more than 150 volunteers, working with a small staff and a hands-on Board of Directors, generously offer their time and talents to deliver vital programs and services to families, children, youth and seniors in the community.
Beaver Valley Outreach is a well-known and respected charitable organization in The Blue Mountains, touching the lives of many people in the community. Counting volunteers, program participants and partners, it is estimated that 2 out of every 3 Town residents have some connection to BVO.
