The Blue Mountains, May 31, 2018 – Beaver Valley Outreach is very excited to announce that its has now moved its operations, including the Treasure Shop, into its newly-renovated location at 54 King St. - Hwy 26 just west of Town Hall.
BVO’s Treasure Shop will be having a soft opening at the new address on
Friday June 1st at 4 pm, and will resume its regular hours as posted on our website. Meanwhile, BVO staff and volunteers will be busy for the next little while unpacking and setting up offices, meeting rooms, sorting and storage areas. Shertine Construction, our contractors, who have been extremely helpful during this entire process, will continue to work on the addition and to put the finishing touches on the main building.
“This is such an exciting time for the organization,” says BVO Executive Director Carolyn Letourneau. “We are thrilled about the increased accessibility, parking space and added convenience that customers and visitors will experience”.
BVO is extremely grateful for the hard work of everyone who helped with the relocation, and to the community for their patience and understanding. We now invite the community and visitors to come in and browse the new Treasure Shop; shopping here helps to support all our programs, services and events.
We appreciate any donations in support of this important transition. Together we will continue making good things happen in our community for many years to come.
